Brought a three piece suite and driver refused to take old one away when already had agreement in the sale that old sofa would be removed. The driver said he would not do this and got into an argument over the agreement. The driver then suggested that he could dump the one that WA damaged and had to explain to the driver this was illegal as fly tipping. Eventually he agreed to remove the old sofa but this caused a lot of agro which was unnecessary.
