Absolute disgrace and extremely unhappy. I've been here a few times before and have only been satisfied with the outcome once and today has drawn the line. I specifically asked the lady threading my brows to not make them any thinner as I am trying to grow them out and that they just needed a tidy up and I got home and to my absolute disgrace she had threaded my left brow so much it's barley there whereas my right brow was done properly. I am extremely unhappy as I went to get my brows done for an important event and thanks to the poor and lazy hand of the lady who clearly did not care about making an effort when doing my brows, one is so thin and uneven. Never EVER coming here again. Seriously unimpressed.
