Two weeks after the survey was carried out and they still haven't emailed us the homebuyers report and no updates at all. So called them and was told "it will be with you within two days" two days have passed and still nothing, so own deadline missed. Wishing we had used someone else as these seem slow and unprofessional Would not recommend
